		<description>I agree the Wii has the capability for being an excellent fitness regimen. Playing the training portion of boxing on the Wii Sports wears me out every time. I know on alot of the games you can kind of forge your intensity, but it is difficult succeed on boxing without working hard.
It is definitely a plus for gamers as well as people who have trouble getting to the gym or love the convenience of the home.
Didn&#039;t you mention the development of the Wii board in a previous post? 
I believe there is definite productivity with the Wii.</description>
